did anyone test this i get the 500 | server error page when deploying the file with xampp

1. after download i did the composer.phar update for the files it ended without flags
2. i tried changing the ports onxampp for apache without any good

can u help me to set it up so i could see the changes made on this update
p.s: i have 4.0.1 running 100% after doing the same steps

Update the 4.0.5 i'm testing is functional sees like the 4.0.6 have some problem in the files if anyone tested it plz give me a heads up

if anyone tried the latest as of today 4.0.6
> you need first to setup the 4.0.5
> open the upgrade page in settings the guide is fully inclussive for all the steps to do the upgrade
> download and prepare the files for the new version
> now do the update
>follow all the steps including visiting the update page and clear cache function

thats better than doing it the hard way and going all the way to deploy the new file and getting lots of errors
